1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between baca8 ("Platform", "we", "our") and any user ("you", "user"). These Terms apply to the use of all services, products, games, promotional offers, and any part of the baca8 platform.

• Each person may operate one account only.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep account information up to date at all times.
• Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if discovered, all accounts will be closed.

3.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. You should not allow third parties to access your account. Report any unauthorised access to your account to our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification

baca8 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Failure to cooperate with an identity verification request may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on baca8: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, etc.). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for all methods).

• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing using a third party's account is strictly prohibited.
• Once a deposit is confirmed, it is generally reflected in the account shortly after.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal.
• baca8 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold in cases of suspected money laundering activity.
• Once a withdrawal request is being processed, it may not be possible to cancel it.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

baca8 offers new users a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw bonus funds. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
• Bonuses are only usable for playing on the baca8 platform.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after the wagering requirements are met will be withdrawable.
• If an attempt to obtain a bonus through fraudulent means is detected, the account will be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on baca8 (slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, etc.) are operated fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game interface.

• Game outcomes are determined entirely through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• baca8 reserves the right to review outcomes if a game is interrupted or a result is uncertain due to a technical error.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baca8 platform. If any of these prohibitions are violated, the account will be closed immediately and all deposits and winnings may be forfeited:

• Playing through fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal means.
